Select parcels of premium Pinot Noir from across the Great Southern region are crushed and fermented. Following a gentle maceration the wine is transferred into French Oak barrels where it undergoes maturation for a period of 12 months.

Palate
The fruit driven palate is layered with cedar and spice as a result of the French Oak. The wine has a spicy core and a soft savoury finish.
