Villa Chiòpris Chardonnay Friuli DOC 2024

The Chardonnay of Villa Chiopris is produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in the territories of Chiopris-Viscone and San Giovanni al Natisone, in the province of Udine. After the harvest, the grapes underwent a cold maceration to allow the extraction of the primary aromas or typical of the grapes themselves. The alcoholic fermentation, which converted the sugars into alcohol, takes place at a constant temperature of 15° C. The refinement took place in stainless steel barrels for 4 months. Before being released, Villa Chiopris' Chardonnay Friuli Grave DOC 2018 rested for a short period in the bottle
