From vines 40-60 years old. Deep dark red black tinged colour showing good depth with a vibrant dark red hue. Very fragrant nose with violet and rose petal like top notes dominating over cherry, anise, fresh herbs and spice. Light, pretty palate with a savoury flavour profile of cherries and wild raspberries infused with violets, fresh herbs and spice. Bright underlying acidity and finely meshed tannins with a medium to long aftertaste.
