Thibaud Boudignon is a young, talented rising star winemaker in the Loire. He is currently the winemaker at Château Soucherie, where his integrating winemaking approach and shift towards 100% organic practices has resulted in great success. The winery allows him to produce a small amount of wine under his own label on the side, including this crisp, mineral-driven rose. Dry, with delicate red and black fruit notes and hints of herb, this will pair with a variety of dishes and is especially perfect for a rustic picnic.
