They are picked by hand early in the morning, washed and then infused with alcohol over a period of 20-30 days. The liqueur shows powerful ripe lemon fruit, lemon oil and lemon blossoms across the juicy palate, easily braced with bright acidity and a fresh finish. Silvio Carta uses 1.1kg of WHOLE organic lemons per litre of alcohol to make this very special liqueur.
