Ravensworth Pinot Gris 2025

Sourced from the Freeman and Long Rail Gully vineyards in the cool-climate Hilltops and Canberra District, this Pinot Gris spent three weeks fermenting on its dark red skins, lending the wine a pale copper hue and a delightful tannic grip. After four months on lees in concrete and puncheons, it emerges with layers of flavour and a silky texture.

On the nose, you’ll find aromas of quince, red berries, and warming spices, with a hint of orange zest and an amaro-like twist on the finish. The palate is fresh and juicy, combining stone fruit and savoury complexity with a vibrant line of acidity and gentle tannins. Think of it as a textural rosé that’s perfect for adventurous drinkers.

It has depth whilst still maintaining incredible freshness. Whether you are after something simple to smash back or a white with some detail you can sit 'n' sniff on, this is going to be right in your wheelhouse.
