Oakridge Local Vineyard Willowlake Vineyard Sauvignon 2021

Fullish straw with green hints. Strongly varietal with a twist of complexity - punchy and perfumed with jasmine floral passionfruit lemon balm and Thai basil then the more mineral and savoury – cordite wet stones white flowers. The palate has both depth of flavour and polish. Even textural with a lime leaf acidity that carries the wine to a long persistent finish.
