Canon is Michel Guignier''s most ambitious wine and definitely a Beaujolais you could slide into a Burgundy blind tasting and trick a few folks. Pinot-y in style with a bit more amplitude and sweeter fruit than his other wines, but with the characteristic structure of Morgon. Guignier''s oak experimentation have served him well with this lovely wine.
