Le Chat Noir Pinot Noir

Three high-altitude vineyards in the upper reaches of the Aude Valley deliver this delightfully vibrant and expressive Pinot Noir. Blood red in colour with a lifted and varietally expressive nose of wild strawberries, ripe plums and cherries. Ripe, supple berried fruit provides a beautifully lush mouth-feel before fine tannins and soft acidity provide structure and length.
