Pale gold in colour with a green hue. Expressive nose with notes of citrus fruits and box. A harmonious approach on the palate, supple and delicate with a pleasant freshness. A lingering aromatic finale backed up by a long mineral finish due to the flinty terroir. A perfect accompaniment to grilled sole, pan fried lobster, a terrine of scallops or a goats' cheese such as the local "Crottin de Chavignol". Can be enjoyed as an aperitif.
