With the 2021 vintage, Julian Huber has restructured his range, and the Breisgau 2021 is a regional wine for the entry into the magnificent Huber world. This wine from now on will be a mix of Pinot Blanc & Pinot Gris with the inaugural release showing delicate stone fruits with chalky minerality. Dark spices and cherry stones are also present.
