Ghost Rock Estate Riesling

50% fermented in neutral oak puncheons (large format barrels) for around 3 months, giving the wine texture and complexity. The hallmark acidity provides dramatic length and liveliness, balanced by residual sugar and a creamy lees texture - offering a refreshing and vibrant profile that lingers elegantly on the finish!
