Galia Le Dean is a estate wine made by the vigneron Jérôme Bougnaud from a single vineyard located in the province of Valladolid, although it is bottled in El Regajal, which is why it is not protected under the D.O. Ribera del Duero but is labeled as IGP Castilla y León. Only 1,145 bottles have been made of it and in its vinification large barrels and 1,200-liter foudres are used to nuance the contribution of the wood.
