A quirkier take on Chardonnay made from organically farmed fruit in southern Western Australia. Lean and tightly wound, this one is for the acid fans. Only older oak barriques have been used here and some brief oxygen exposure has been utilised as well. The zippy acid backbone is backed up by loads of mineral character and a touch of saline nuttiness.
