After maceration in our wine brandy, they are distilled once in our copper pot stills.
Our banana spirit is aged for at least one year in stainless steel tanks before being bottled.
Consume it as a digestive at 13°c in a tulip glass.
Colour: transparent, clear.
Nose: fruity, with aromas of very ripe banana and flambéed banana.
Palate: frank and rigorous, with notes of cooked bananas and cane sugar.
Finish: long and oily.
