Made up of three valleys, its north-south exposure allows it to benefit from the sun all day long in summer. Domaine La Rambaudie's eaux-de-vie are distilled in November, in a 25-hectolitre still, with a very slow pour at the end of the good toasting in order to preserve richly fruity notes.
