Clos Ste Magdeleine Cassis Rose 2021

This wine is produced from very beautiful seaside terroirs, located on the slopes of Cap Canaille, and near the Arène beach. It expresses characteristic notes of white-fleshed fruit and aromas of peach. Its complex aromatic palette is linked to the 3 grape varieties that make it up. Its saline and iodized minerality supported by fine bitters will allow it to accompany a meal around Mediterranean fish, or a starter of Provençal vegetables. It can also age for a few years in the cellar.
