Coeur Clementine Rosé 2024

It's again assembled from Grenache, Cinsault, and the rare Tibouren grape (an indigenous Provençal variety said to bring aromas of garrigue, the herby scrub of southern France). Oh, and a splash of Syrah. The grapes are sourced from chalky-clay parcels in the heart of the Côtes de Provence, around the achingly pretty commune of Puget-Ville.

It's a crunchy, flawlessly balanced rosé, laden with preserved citrus rind, redcurrant, and Rosé petal perfume and flavours. There's a pulpy, generous texture with racy, peppery, herby freshness from whoa to go. It finishes dry and super refreshing, with a twist of white pepper and grip as well. Real seduction and pleasure on offer here, but also genuine depth and interest.
