This project, by Bernabeleva's winemaking advisor, is located in the subzone of Arganda del Rey in south-east Madrid. An area with a very firm agricultural tradition and lots of old vineyards.
La Maldición Malvar de Valdilecha is made with the Malvar grape variety, which extends across the region and is very similar to the Palomino Fino. The grapes ferment with their skins and stems for 50 days and are later aged in used oak barrels.
