TERROIR
Vineyard located in Provence, 30 km north of Aix-en-Provence, at an average altitude of 250 m. The soils are made up of clay-rich rocks. Above these, a land composed of limestone, clay and fine elements stands out; there are naturally fertile pebble and silt soils.

TYPE OF VINIFICATION
Traditional with temperature management.
TASTING
The dress is a beautiful pale pink color, shiny, evoking a lot of freshness. On the nose, red and white fruits dominate (raspberry, vine peach, currant). A hint of citrus enhances the whole, bringing a tonic side. The palate is delicate, well balanced, with flavors of fresh fruit with a hint of minerality so characteristic of the terroir north of Aix-en-Provence. Beautiful fresh and thirst-quenching finish.
GUARD
A very fine and delicate wine to drink over 2 years.
