The colour is an intense bright gold with some amber glints. The lively, fine and creamy bubbles form a substantial ring.
The nose reveals great aromatic richness, with warm aromas of ripe fruit (pear, red fruit, apricot) and warm brioche.
The palate is surprisingly fresh and full-bodied, with a silky and very refined texture. This leads into subtle and harmonious notes of fruit, pastry and honey.
